How to Sign into Google

Please go to: Go to https://newburyport-k12.okta.com/

EnterAt the sign in screen, enter your usernameUsername (not your full email address) and passwordPassword.

For students,staff, your username is your first initial and last name followed(e.g. byJane theDoe = jdoe). For students, your username is your first initial, last twoname, digitsand year of your graduation year. (e.g. Jane Doe, classClass of 2022 2021 = jdoe22)jdoe21).

If you've never logged into our SSO before, it will prompt you to enter a secondary email address and choose a security question. These are only used for resetting your password or making changes to your account.

After a successful login, you will be redirected to the Okta dashboard. From there you can click on any of the Google Workspace apps to access Google.

If you've never signed into Google before, it will also prompt you to agree to Google's terms & conditions before you can continue.

You can use the “waffle menu”menu in the top-right to access all the other Google Workspace applications when you're using one of Google's services.applications.

Note the slider to the right,right. to moveMove the menu up and down using the slider so you can see all the applications.

Click on the application you'd like to use, and it will open in a new tab or window.
