If you have recently received you macMac, please restart your computer before continuing, as nomadNoMAD requires a reboot after install for it to begin working correctly.

H Drive access and nomadNoMAD are onon-premise premisestools. tools, theyThey do not function outside the schoolsschool networks.networks. Your H driveDrive and the T driveDrive will not work from your house or any other network that is not the NPS network. please note youYou must be connected to NPS-Staff or NPS-Wifi (not NPS-Guest) to use this tool.

Accessing Your H Drive

Step 1

Upon logging in to your Mac, you may see this prompt

Please enter yourthe loginUser Name and passwordPassword you use for your Newburyport account. This is the same account you use to access other district PCs/computers, emailas here,well as your email. Please note: Your username doesshould not include @newburyport.k12.ma.us, just your username.us.

As

Step stated your password is the same as your email/PC one.

OnceAfter you hitclick sign"Sign inIn", you will see the triangle NOMADNoMAD icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen will show as follows.screen. If the triangle icon is empty withand has no check mark, click on it, then click sign"Sign in.In" and follow the directions directions above in stepStep 1. above.

In the dropdown menu that appears click "Home Sharepoint", 

. If you are asked for your username and password, enter the same ones asyou stepused in Step 1 and click "rememberRemember password"Password".

 

A finder window will thennow open and displaying your H driveDrive contents.
